Casa de Marquis is situated in tranquil surroundings on a hill. Across the valley over the orange, lemon and almond groves is the traditional village of Parcent. Look down the valley and the view stretches for miles to distant hills and villages.
Swim in the villa's pool with its great views and adjoining lemon trees
The villa is full of nice touches inside and out and has been furnished and equipped to a much higher standard than most holiday rental properties. There are enough houses nearby to not feel isolated but the villa is not situated on an urbanisation (housing estate) like many holiday rental properties where your neighbours can watch what you have for breakfast as you sit on the terrace (and often have to share a communal pool).
Room for all seasons: The living room has air conditioning and a wood burning stove
The village, which has several English and Spanish run bars, restaurants and shops is about a seven minute walk through the fruit groves (and a bit longer up the hill on the way back).
The surrounding villages are a short and easy drive away along country roads. Here you will find banks, a supermarket and a lot of Spanish character. Dozens more restaurants and bars are to be found scattered in the villages and throughout the valley and it is an easy 30-minute or so drive to the stylish coastal towns of Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe.
