Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in euros. We accept bookings for shorter breaks except in busy periods and for additional days and part weeks. Please call or email for prices.
We will often discount published prices for groups of four people and less outside the peak period. Couples and small groups may well be able to rent our luxury four bed villa with private pool at a similar price to much smaller or inferior properties. Ring or email us to check.
A security deposit will be payable on booking your holiday which will be refunded to you at the end of the rental period.
This is to cover any damage to the property or its content/fixtures and fittings. We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit.
Prices in euros for the villa and pool per week for parties of up to eight people including linen, towels (except pool/beach towels), laundry, cleaning, satellite TV (including Sky Sports and Movies) and welcome pack:
