Booking information
You will be met on arrival at the villa (in reasonable hours) and shown where everything is and receive a welcome pack of essential food items and a comprehensive guide to the villa, local restaurants and surrounding area.
Good quality linen and towels are provided, sufficient for the length of your stay. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and there will be a full clean and linen change on a weekly basis. Extra maid service is available at additional cost if required.
The villa is served by Alicante and Valencia airports, both about an hour’s drive away. Although Parcent village is within walking distance, a car is essential. We can recommend good quality, competitively priced airport car rental.
Smoking is prohibited inside the villa, but is OK in the grounds. Sorry, no pets. Because of the number of steps, the villa is not suitable for the infirm or toddlers. Young children should be supervised at all times around steps and the pool.
We offer flexibility for guests and therefore there are no restrictions on arrival or departure dates – we realise with today’s flexible travelling opportunities you may wish to fly at weekends or on weekdays. Normally, guests are asked to arrive no earlier than 2pm and vacate the villa by 10am on departure day to allow for cleaning between lets, but we will be as flexible as we can.
